All delivery charges shown are for shipping to UK Mainland and exclude the Scottish Highlands.
If the goods that you have ordered are stock items and we have received and confirmed the order before 3.00pm then we will dispatch them the same day. Orders placed after 3.00pm will be dispatched the following day.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, Ark Fibre Optics Ltd
shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Failure shall not be deemed to be breach of the Contract, or the Conditions.
Delivery Charges:
All items shipped on Monday to Thursday will be delivered the following day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday unless a Saturday delivery has been requested.

All the above prices are based on a single consignment with a maximum weight of 30kg. If the goods exceed 30kg we will have to supply you a specific delivery cost based on the weight of the consignment.

Cabinet Deliveries and Missed Deliveries
Please note that cabinet deliveries are made to ground floor or loading bay only (this is due to insurance reasons). Our shipping companies cannot site cabinets for you.
Cabinets are delivered by specialist couriers to minimise the risk of damage during transit. When a delivery is missed for a cabinet a re-delivery charge will need to be levied to cover the costs. Delivery times cannot be confirmed, however, the following are the normal hours for delivery:
