Armoured Fibre Optic Patch Leads
Our 2 Core Armoured Fibre Optic Patch Leads are manufactured using a robust 3mm cable. The cable is constructed of 2 fibre cores contained within a flexible steel tube that is then protected by multiple stands of Kevlar Yarn, this is all encased within a 3mm LSZH UV Stable Black Outer Jacket. These cables have high impact and crush resistant properties making them durable in high traffic areas. These cables can be used internally or externally for permanent or temporary connections. Our Armoured Patch Leads are custom built and as standard they come with 20cm breakout tails, however you can select alternative lengths in the pricing filter. All Armoured Patch Leads are manufactured in our UK termination facility and are made to order based on length and connector types required. We offer OM3 and OS2 cable types with a wide range of terminations such as LC, ST, SC, FC, & a range of APC connections. Our custom Micro Armoured Fibre Optic Patch Leads are made using a 3mm 2 Core round cable with Stainless Steel flexible internal tube. These cables offer added protection and space saving over normal Duplex patch leads. Micro Armoured patch leads are made to specific requirement such as, termination type, length, label and tail length options. For custom products our standard lead times are 2-3 days from receipt of order.
All custom made cables below 60m are supplied coiled, anything above a 60m cable is supplied on a wooden reel.
